ELogic & New Media Networks Acquisition
NetValue expansion into Bay of Plenty begins with acquisition of two key businesses
Hamilton, July 5th, 2017: Hamilton software development house NetValue is pleased to announce the acquisition of Tauranga businesses ELogic, and New Media Networks.
Looking to further expand its operations to include a Bay of Plenty location NetValue has purchased Tauranga web development company ELogic. Known for its delivery of high quality websites the Tauranga business stood out from a number of others as a good fit for the NetValue business model. ELogic will continue to operate from its current Tauranga location with NetValue providing additional skills and resources to further strengthen the company’s delivery capabilities in the region.
Already a market leader in web hosting services and solutions NetValue’s acquisition of New Media Networks was again a good fit to expand the businesses reach into the rapidly growing Bay of Plenty market. NetValue’s state-of-the-art servers are deployed in several high security New Zealand locations and the level of service, support, and data security have attracted a wide range of clients from small businesses through to listed Blue Chip companies, and Government Departments.
Based in Hamilton and wholly NZ owned and operated, NetValue has a passion for leading edge software development, business systems integrations, and innovation. The team of around 40 includes developers, business analysts, strategists, marketers, designers, and systems engineers, and a business culture that CEO Graham Gaylard says “is based on collaboration, communication, and innovation with a team that shares and believes in our mantra Better Business.”
Since 2004 NetValue has been providing software and web development, consulting, and hosting services to companies throughout New Zealand and is looking forward to this next stage of the company’s growth.
