NetValue extends lifeline to Zeanz customers
Following a week of uncertainty for Zeanz Cloud Solutions customers using one or more of the companies Automotive, CRM, or website solutions packages, software development and hosting services company NetValue have announced that they have acquired the business and that there will be no immediate disruption to service, and absolutely no termination of services as previously announced.
Says CEO, Graham Gaylard “The products and services offered by Zeanz were a perfect fit for our existing business model, and the capabilities and resources of our team of over 45 staff. This was possibly the fastest company acquisition we have ever made but given the gravity of the situation, and the potential for high collateral damage to the existing clients, we believed that in order to minimise operational disruption we would have to act very quickly”.
Hamilton based NetValue also operates an office in Tauranga and provides a full range of web and application development software services, hosting infrastructure for small through to large scale business operations, and CRM solutions.
NetValue’s message to Zeanz customers right now is ‘Your business operations will not be affected in any way – it’s business as usual’.
