Real Time Genomics is NetValue’s specialist genomics and bioinformatics practice. For over a decade we have built the algorithms, pipelines, and data platforms that biopharmaceutical companies, diagnostic labs, and research centres rely on to turn raw sequencing data into trustworthy results.

Our team of PhDs and senior software engineers works alongside yours, designing bespoke algorithms, building enterprise-scale genomic data infrastructure, and supporting the validation studies that get tests to market.  The same technology powers our open-source RTG Core and RTG Tools software, used worldwide as a benchmarking standard by the Genome in a Bottle consortium and precisionFDA.

What we do



Bioinformatics pipelines: Portable, reproducible secondary analysis pipelines (Nextflow and similar), deployed on-premises or across AWS, Azure, and GCP, covering mapping, small and structural variant calling, and automated QC.



Genomic data platforms: Scalable data warehouses and automated instrument-to-cloud ingestion, built with modern platforms (Snowflake, Databricks) and managed as code with Terraform and CI/CD.



Algorithm & IP development: Novel algorithms and analysis methods designed by our staff PhDs. Any intellectual property developed during your engagement belongs entirely to you.



Validation & regulatory support: Pipeline engineering and validation studies supporting FDA Companion Diagnostic submissions, Laboratory Developed Tests, and electronic records compliance.



Integration & tooling: Custom web portals, APIs, LIMS integration, and plugins for applications such as Geneious and IGV.
